Full Team Practice.
Students must leave school at early dismissal and then return to MSN for practice at 3:15.
Enter at the Events Entrance and meet in the New Gym.
**As Wednesday is early dismissal and Cross Country students will not be able to wait for practice at MSN, Wednesday practice is optional.
Wear running clothes, shoes, and bring a full water bottle!
